Eduardo rode his handcycle thousands of miles in pursuit of joy. Edu's spirit rides on through the Eduardo Aguirre Adaptive Cycling Center, which opened in March 2024 in the Sam Lena Recreation Area. The Center is named in honor of our cycling coordinator, who empowered many people with disabilities to embrace cycling for mental and physical health. Please help SAAS continue Eduardo's dream by donating to SAAS.
Team Access, the adaptive cycling team for people with disabilities, is riding for Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports in El Tour de Tucson 2025! Over 100 handcyclists, recumbent trikers, and tandem riders are pledging to ride with Team Access for SAAS, raising awareness about the benefits of cycling for all, especially for people dealing with mental & physical health challenges.
Ride & raise funds, or DONATE here, and empower all to achieve positive mental & physical health!
